A1. PROJECT INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING ACTIVITIES

This activity involves the following sub-activities:

Conference / Press release contract signing
Banners advertising the project at the headquarters of the beneficiary and the partners according to the visibility requirements of the financing contract
Project website + social networks to promote the project
Elaboration of conditions for running the competition, establishing criteria for participation and selection of the 5 winners by an evaluation committee made up of representatives of the beneficiary and partners.
Organization of online slogan contest for children s drawings on the theme of children s rights and dignity bus slogans
Press release on the completion of the arrangement of the spaces intended for children within the institutional partners
Press release related to the results of the target group training activity.
Press conference at the inauguration of the Human Rights Hub. Raising an advertising banner to attest to the financing of the project.
Press release on the launch of the mobile caravan with the dementia coach
Press conference at the closing of the project.


A2. PREPARATION, CONDUCT OF PURCHASE PROCEDURES AND FOLLOW-UP OF CONTRACTS

Given that the Partnership is composed of both institutions that hold the status of Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/ 2016, as well as from private beneficiaries who do not hold the status of Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/ 2016, according to MDRAPFE/ ANAP Order no. 6712/890/ 2017, the procurement procedures carried out within the project will have to comply with the provisions of Law no. 98/ 2016 with subsequent amendments and additions.

A3. TRAINING OF TRAINERS

Trainers will be selected from active members of our organization. Minimum criteria: psychologists/ trainers/ psychotherapists/ personal development counselors with at least 2 years of experience.

The training of the trainers will be carried out by the trainers of the Norwegian partner, 3 people traveling to Romania to organize the training, in teams of 2. Each of the 3 specialists will have their own field of intervention (working with child-victims, group/individual therapy , etc.).

A4. PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR AUTHORITIES

After the training of our trainers by the Norwegian experts, arrangements will be made for interdisciplinary training activities for IPJ, CD, lawyers to acquire practical skills in interacting with vulnerable children. The 70 beneficiaries will be able to intuit and fulfill fundamental psychological and relational needs, being much more effective in their professional role.

A5.1 ARRANGEMENT OF SPACES INTENDED FOR CHILDREN IN PUBLIC AUTHORITY HEADQUARTERS

1 room of approximately 10-15 square meters will be arranged. Sanitation, whitewashing, renovation works are provided depending on the condition in which the respective space is found. The partner will undertake these steps. This room will be furnished and equipped with: 2 chairs, 1 sofa, 1 table, wallpaper, carpet, toys-special props used in the interaction with the interviewers, audio-video technology, one-way window (for external observers).

A5.2. ARRANGEMENT OF MEETING SPACE FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN IN THE DETENTION CENTER

The „Parent and child” room will involve the organization of a welcoming, warm, child-friendly space, with carpets and wallpaper with cartoon characters, with toys for child-adult interaction, where the minor can feel comfortable and safe , be able to sit on the couch cuddling with their parent(s), be able to draw or build age-specific puzzles or games, and be able to play just like functioning parents do in conditions of freedom.

A6. CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT MULTI FUNCTIONAL HUB

Carrying out the procurement procedure for multi-functional building design services, obtaining approvals and building permits,
Carrying out the procurement procedure for the execution of multi-functional building construction works,
Implementation of the procurement procedure for the supervision of multi-functional building construction works,
Realization of the construction according to the project made by the designer,
Carrying out the procedure for the purchase of furniture and equipment for the multifunctional building,
Furnishing and equipping the multifunctional building and putting it into use.
A7.1. RUNNING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE HUB: THERAPY, COUNSELING, MENTAL RECOVERY ACTIVITIES FOR CHILD VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE AND ABUSE

These activities will take place especially during the weekend days. The therapeutic activities will address vulnerable children, with at least 350 hours of individual and group therapy being provided for a number of 80 children. Counseling and therapy sessions will take place on weekends, 10 hours/weekend each, for 8 months, 22 weekends (being also parallel, group-individual activities), on average 20 children/weekend, accompanied by 5 parents/staff didactic/

A7.2. RUNNING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE HUB: COUNSELING, THERAPY AND INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES

The activities of a therapeutic nature will also address children with disabilities, with 220 hours of therapy provided for a number of 40 children with disabilities. The sessions will take place during the week, 1 day/week, for 6 hours intensively for 6 months. The therapy will also aim at improving cognitive acquisitions, increasing the ability to pay attention, the ability to interact with other children and adults.

A7.3. RECOVERY ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN IN JUVENILE DETENTION CENTERS

In principle, the 3 modules of activities described in A8 will be completed, but adapted to the specifics of this target group (girls and boys) so as to reach a knowledge of the rights of minors admitted to detention centers, the assumption of the facts that happened and which will stimulate the direction of recuperative intervention.

A8. ARRANGEMENT AND USE OF THE THERAPEUTIC-SENSORY GARDEN

THE THERAPEUTIC-SENSORY GARDEN will be set up on an area of ​​3000 square meters and will ensure a harmonious combination between the existence of trees, plants, vegetal labyrinth areas, free areas for children to plant, the presence of friendly fauna, sensory and playful areas including a pit generous 100 sqm sand, space for creative workshops, sports, relaxation and quiet areas, 6 themed trails (tactile, sound, visual, olfactory, balance, without sensory stimuli), covered area for activities on rainy days and the cold season.

A8.1. RUNNING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE HUB: FOR THE KNOWLEDGE, APPLICATION AND RESPECT OF HUMAN RIGHTS - DAILY AFTERSCHOOL ACTIVITIES

There will be after school activities lasting 5 hours twice a week for 22 groups of 30 children for 6 months. In the hub, there will be multiple activities aimed at introducing children to the sphere of children s rights.

Theoretical Mode. They will be presented, mostly using innovative methods, fundamental notions related to children s rights, international bodies and their role, real causes of violation of children s rights that have reached international courts, the consequences of the violation of these rights, applicable sanctions.

The practical way. Communication of these notions and ECHR cases will be interactive through role play. Aspects of the causes of MGC and DMD will be staged, in an adapted, non-traumatic form. We will also simulate the development of a legal action at the ECHR, going through the procedural steps, supporting the cases. Non-traumatic and stimulating subjects for children will be chosen.

The psychological mode. It will aim to stimulate children s involvement in defense/ respect for these rights. Children will acquire skills to encourage them to take a stand against violence, to let go of fear and victimhood, to manage panic and to disclose violence or abuse they are subjected to or witness.

A8.2. RUNNING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE HUB: FOR THE KNOWLEDGE, APPLICATION AND RESPECT OF HUMAN RIGHTS - WEEKLY CAMPS

The organization of weekly camps will start from the 12th month. There will be activities lasting 7 hours/day for 6 days/week for 30 children from rural towns in the SV Oltenia region during the school holidays

A9. children s RIGHTS PROMOTION CARAVAN

The promotion strategy has as its central pillar a mobile caravan around the country carried out by a group of vulnerable children as ambassadors of dignity. The caravan will consist of a customized coach for the promotion of children s rights.

A10. RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

As part of the activities carried out in the Hub, a research will be carried out regarding the situation of domestic violence, gender violence and violence against children.

A11. INTER-INSTITUTIONAL COLLABORATION ACTIVITIES

The project allows the formation of new relationships between institutions by participating in the activities proposed by the project. The project proves a good collaboration with the NGO environment, an openness to the actions of civil society.

A12. ACTIVITIES DEVELOPING BILATERAL RELATIONS ROMANIA - NORWAY

The Norwegian partner has been involved in the project from the beginning by encouraging our organization to submit the funding request and assuring us of the full support for carrying out the activities that fall to it. During the project we will be in contact through monthly meetings organized for the purpose of supervision and mentoring offered as a model of good practice regarding the promotion of children s rights and methods of intervention.

A13. PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

The project management activities will be ensured during the entire implementation period of the project (24 months) + its sustainability period (60 months) The project management team consists of 3 members (Project coordinator, financial manager, procurement specialist public).
